Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account must be reported to BIN ZAKRIA immediately.

2. Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and JazzCash/EasyPaisa. Your order will only be processed once payment is verified.

3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to display the colors and images of our watches as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This may be due to limited stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection department. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location within Pakistan.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from BIN ZAKRIA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Note: Sale items may not be eligible for returns.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

BIN ZAKRIA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost savings, arising from your use of any of our products or the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
