Refund policy

At Bin Zakria, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (Bin Zakria box), including all tags, protective films, and warranty cards.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We perform a rigorous quality check before every shipment. However, if your timepiece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us at binzakria1@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos/videos of the defect and your order number.

  • We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Watches with visible signs of wear or scratches on the glass/case.

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.

  • Custom-engraved or personalized timepieces.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

5. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa) or via a store credit voucher.

  • Timing: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective Items: Bin Zakria will cover all shipping costs.

  • For Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. How to Initiate a Return
