1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Note: During peak sale seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 3 BUSINESS DAYS. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every watch undergoes a final quality check before dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: PKR 250 flat rate across Pakistan.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above [PKR 5,000].

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all domestic orders at no extra cost beyond the standard shipping fee.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or the courier partner’s portal to see the real-time status of your Bin Zakria timepiece.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive for perfection, delays can occasionally occur due to:

6. Damages & Inspect-on-Delivery
Your watch is shipped in a protective, tamper-proof Bin Zakria box. Upon arrival, please inspect the external packaging. If the security seal is broken or the box is severely damaged, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
